FlexiSpot Limited Warranty
This limited warranty offered by FlexiSpot covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.
What is Covered?
The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
- FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Desk Frames
All height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.
- FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations
All standing desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, medium-fiber desktop and mechanisms.
All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.
All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms.
SHIPPING & RETURN
Shipping & Handling
We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order. After that, delivery time within Luzon is 3-6 days and 1-2 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping Address Modification
Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, after 12nn. PST each day, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your FlexiSpot purchase, and we strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs.
Please send us an email contact@flexispot.ph with your return request along with the order number included. Also, please let us know the reason for your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3-5 days.
General information for all returns
- All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in “like new” condition.
- Items returned in other than “like new” condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
- Returns are processed and credited within 7 to 10 days of receipt.
- Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
- You’ll be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number.
- All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees.
- We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Tracking Your Order
You should receive an email showing your shipment notification and tracking information shortly after you’ve placed it. Orders can be tracked at https://flexispot.ph
Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please email us at contact@flexispot.ph within 1 hour of placing the order and before 12nn. We will issue a full refund if the order is canceled and the product has not yet shipped. If one hour has passed, the order will be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and will need to go through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse delivery of an order, FlexiSpot will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
Backordered Items
In the event an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will ship the items available and ship the out of stock item(s) as soon as they become available via an expedited method at no cost to you.
No Shipping Days
FlexiSpot will be closed the following days. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual.

I got my order within a 3-week time frame considering the ongoing ECQ happening in Luzon at the moment – and thanks to the swift and constant assistance of their rep, I felt I was given value as their customer. Quality-wise, the standing desk was definitely solid (from the material down to the color). It was heavy but sturdy enough to support multiple objects on the surface. I also purchased their anti fatigue feet mat (which literally cushioned my sore feet and complemented the desk as an accessory giving me more time to stand up) If there’s one thing they could improve a small bit – that would be the keyboard tray. I just hope it could withstand the force of my wrists/hands/arms whenever I lean on the edge but nonetheless the lock (wrench) still secures the hold of the tray. It’s also a plus that it was spacious and even has room for my mouse mat. I knew I shelled out a sum of money but in the end, it was a bang for the buck! Kudos Flexispot

I had initially been looking at another brand and took my time deciding because things like this don’t come cheap, especially with the lockdowns and all that. I was pleasantly surprised to find this site and found that they offered desk converters that weren’t just one level (meaning i could have my portable keyboard a inches below my laptop without). The quick replies of the customer service reps were a huge help too. They even asked what my desk measurements were and recommended different products. They helped facilitate payment as well as send me a message regarding day of delivery.
The product itself is sturdy and holds up enough of my things that i need to have within quick reach. When I feel that pinch in my back, I don’t have to stop working altogether, but just raise the converter and I’m okay to finish whatever work I’d started. It seems to be made from good quality materials, so am hoping it will last for a while.
If you work from home, or just really spend more time at your desk nowadays, do yourself a favor and invest in something like this. Your back (and shoulders) will thank you for it. 🙂
