This warranty offered by FlexiSpot covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.  Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

  • Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All FlexiSpot height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

All All Deskey height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

  • Standing Desk Converters

All standing desk converters purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, desktop and mechanisms.

  • Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.

  • Office Chairs

All office chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year service and 2-year parts warranty for ErgoChair series and 1-year parts and service warranty for PrimaChair and TaskChair series.

  • Accessories

All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. All other accessories including cushions, mats, cabinets, cable management and others include a 1-year warranty.

  • Tabletops

All tabletops purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty.

SHIPPING

We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order, except Sundays and holidays. After that, estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days, Luzon (Outside Metro Manila) is 3-10 working days and 1-4 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary.     3 people sit on this chair on a daily basis, I for myself can do indian sit on this chair and I weigh about 75kgs, you can sit for more than 4 hours and you won’t feel any back or bottom pain. Note: It’s not ideal for people with height less than 5ft. due to the neck rest, but that’s not an issue for me at all. Hoping that it will last for at least 5 years so that this investment is worth it.

    Was looking for the best chair for my case. Height is just right and there are plenty of area you can adjust. This chair seems heavily based on a popular chair also named Ergochair but the problems in that model were addressed in this one. The leg rest might not be for me, but it can be removed anyway.

    Highly recommend if you can afford it. Was never a fan of the racing chairs, and this mesh back chair is perfect for me.

    I faced a problem on the first step of assembling it but the support them was quick to help. They responded right away and sent a video guide.It was quite heavy but a girl like me was still able to assemble it well.I’ve been using it for over a month now and I’m quite satisfied with it. This was delivered in 6 days which was impressive as I’m in Mindanao and the delivery guys were nice. Please don’t mind the fur on the seat, it’s courtesy of my dog. ?

    Arrived just on time. Assembling it was pretty challenging, and even though I’m a big guy, it was considerably heavy. You will really need to find a big space to organize the parts. Otherwise, the manual shows all the steps you need except maybe for the casters, you guys need to put more force when putting in the casters into the holes of the legs.The chair can handle a big guy like me, 5’11 in height and around 110kg. It can also easily move around even on carpet.

    1. Easy to assemble since there is a guide but too heavy to assemble if by yourself.
    2. Adjustable seat like forward, backward, up, down.
    3. Air flows through your back since it is mesh.
    4. Mesh seat is soft, but you may need some cushion for additional comfort.
    5. Arm rests are adjustable in 4 sides.
    6. Sometimes, the mechanism is hard to adjust especially the back tilt and seat tilt. So far so good. Using it for 2 weeks already.

I weigh 105k . this chair not only supports my weight, but the cushion doesn’t bottom out. the only complaint I have is that cushions on the arms are on the hard side. very happy with this chair. also, it’s very easy to assemble. the instructions are precise and comprehensive.

    Seat foam isn’t too soft nor too hard, just enough that it feels comfy Been using the product for about a couple days, so far, it’s great and no issues. Assembly is very easy, even for a complete noob like me. Took me around 1-2 hours. There are a lot of levers and handles, and I’m having a hard a time figuring out which does what. So far, its comfy but it could probably be a lot better if I figured out a good configuration for it.

    excellent chair with all the bells and whistles. It is not noted in the description, but it DOES have a seat depth adjustment too. Seat is wide enough for a big guy, only the head rest is a bit far from this not really useful. Mesh takes a day to feel good on your back when you are shirtless but don’t worry the itch disappears the day after and then it feels great.

    Appearance: This is subjective but for me, it is very aesthetically pleasing as you can see on the pictures.
    Quality: Not the best I’ve seen or experienced on an ergo chair but it looks and feels durable.

    Took a while for me to write a review because I wanted it to be as accurate as possible to help the next potential user/customer. What really sold me about this product is the 5-year warranty.     the side to side arm adjustments are on a ratchet system and work well. The build quality is good, the seat is firm and supportive while remaining comfortable, the caster wheels roll well, but the best part of this chair is how adjustable it is.. the seat slides back and forth and tilts forward. The back rest can be fixed or can be set to lean back and when you do, and you can adjust the strength of the spring to adjust how easy or resistant it is to lean back. Obviously you also have height adjustments as well. 10 5’10” or 175cm and 86kg. I currently have the chair set up with the seat tilted forward and set quite far back so I have clearance between the lip of the seat and the back of my knees (the seat is curved so drops slightly at the front as well) the arm adjustments set to the inside maximum adjustment and I have the back of the chair set so if I lean back it leans with me and I have adjusted the tension so that it pushes back against me which I finds aids me helping me to sit correctly. O A a worth while investment.

    satisfied w my order, the package is securely packed, it’s just a little heavy i couldn’t lift it myself haha. the assembling took time since the parts are really heavy, better to assemble it with someone but kaya naman alone. the customer service is also quick to reply nung una di ko mahanap yung manual.. i bought this chair since i’ve tried it at power plant mall myself and the height is perfect for me (i’m 5 flat), and it was difficult to find a chair that fits my height perfectly, that has a foot rest, and is customizable. the functionalities of the chair is great i explored it, everything can be customized (back rest tilt, lumbar support position, height, seat tilt and can also be slided front back, and the arm rest can be adjusted as well). it takes time to learn the mechanism but the manual has it covered naman. i might buy the desk after to complement my wfh setup ❤️ thanks flexispot!

    I originally purchased this chair as I was suffering with back pain and leg cramps when sitting for long times at my computer for work. I purchased this approximately 1 month ago.

    I chose this chair as it’s super adjustable. After using it for a month I can report that it’s probably the most comfortable chair I’ve owned (previous chairs were all much much cheaper). The seat cushion is firm and supportive and comfortable when sitting for 6 8 hrs with minimal breaks, the adjustments allow you to tailor adjust the chair to suit your requirements. I’m 5’10” and 86kg. I have the seat tilted forward and the base of the chair moved back so my knees clear the chair and do not have any pressure on the back of my legs (that said the base of the chair does curve away from your legs as well). My fav adjustment is being able to change the tension on the spring which adjusts how much force you need to apply to lean back against the backrest to lean back when stretching. This allows you to adjust it specifically for your body weight. I like it set so you need to apply a little force to lean back which causes the back of the chair to push into you giving extra support.

    Over all I am very happy with the build quality and functionality of this chair.

    If you are buying the chair in the Philippines and getting it delivered, I would recommend purchasing through Shopee or Lazada as the delivery will be less than if ordering through the website.

    Super bigat niya but I was able to assemble it by myself. Wasn’t expecting to receive a big box! You can really feel the quality.     Works as it was advertised; ergonomic as long as you know the appropriate ergonomic measurement for your height plus desk and monitor. You can search for recommended measurement online. Quality seems to be a good buy for its price. Mid range perhaps. I used super cheap and super high end chairs so this one sort of at the middle.     Great chair, got it for a good price (around 4.8k) last 9.9. Not sure if it would’ve been worth the original price but it’s great so far. Almost everything is adjustable even the backrest, but mysteriously the lumbar support cannot be manually adjusted. Other than that, it’s a great chair and I haven’t had any backpain after sitting on it for 10hrs a day. Very easy to assemble as well with the included instructions.

    The chair was packaged well and was properly delivered with all its parts and instructions being complete without any issues. The chair was easy to assemble and its instructions were easy to follow. The quality of the parts of the chair itself was superb, it was hefty showing you the durability of the parts (especially the mechanism). In terms of comfort, it was as expected, the padding on the seat and the back rest was comfortable and the support of the two was great. The lumbar support is solid, it did what it needed to do and overall the comfort and backsupport of the chair was great. The design was also good, it’s simple, sleek, and easy in the eyes (it also fits well with my table which I’ve also purchased in your store) The flexispot brand itself is outstanding & exceptional in quality.     I love the chair, very comfortable and the leg rest is a gamechanger. But… the mechanism under the cushion is very heavy so assembling the chair needs 2 people. once assembled, it’s not heavy naman to move the chair around.

    After using the ErgoChair Alpha for almost a week now, I can confidently say it’s a fantastic addition to my workspace. Its sleek design fits perfectly in my home office, and the premium build feels durable. The adjustability is a highlight—I can customized the lumbar support, headrest, and armrests for a perfect fit. Sitting for long hours is so much easier on my back, and the breathable mesh keeps me cool. Assembly was simple, taking about 20 minutes. While it’s pricey, the comfort and support make it worth every penny. Highly recommend!

    Quality: The footrest is not quite sturdy but everything is fine

    My old chair is sihoo m57. If you think of upgrading to this, you might stick with sihoo or musso(I think). There are parts features that I like compared to my old chair. The arm rest is wider. I am more comfortable with the foam seat than the mesh. I can feel the lumbar support more than the sihoo. I can tilt slide the seat forward. For the price, I think I got an upgrade because of the discount voucher compared when bought at retail price.
