This warranty offered by FlexiSpot covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.  Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

  • Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All FlexiSpot height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

All All Deskey height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

  • Standing Desk Converters

All standing desk converters purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, desktop and mechanisms.

  • Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.

  • Office Chairs

All office chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year service and 2-year parts warranty for ErgoChair series and 1-year parts and service warranty for PrimaChair and TaskChair series.

  • Accessories

All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. All other accessories including cushions, mats, cabinets, cable management and others include a 1-year warranty.

  • Tabletops

All tabletops purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty.

SHIPPING

We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order, except Sundays and holidays. After that, estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days, Luzon (Outside Metro Manila) is 3-10 working days and 1-4 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary.     Appearance: Quality Look and Feel
    Quality: The footrest is not quite sturdy but everything is fine

    My old chair is sihoo m57. If you think of upgrading to this, you might stick with sihoo or musso(I think). There are parts features that I like compared to my old chair. The arm rest is wider. I am more comfortable with the foam seat than the mesh. I can feel the lumbar support more than the sihoo. I can tilt slide the seat forward. For the price, I think I got an upgrade because of the discount voucher compared when bought at retail price.
