Shipping & Handling

We are proud to offer shipping coverage across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. We strive to get your ergonomic solutions to you as quickly as possible with our same-day order processing policy.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Below are the estimated delivery times after your order has been processed:

  • Metro Manila: 1 – 3 Working Days
  • Luzon (Outside Metro Manila): 3 – 10 Working Days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 1 – 4 Weeks

Fixed Delivery Schedule

For Metro Manila and nearby provinces, our in-house fleet follows a structured weekly schedule to ensure efficient delivery. Please note that there are no scheduled deliveries on Mondays.

Important Notice: Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Peak Seasons: National holidays or major sales events.
  • Logistics: Inventory shortages or shipping carrier delays.
  • Environmental: Extreme weather conditions or natural calamities.
  • Administrative: Customs procedures or local logistics constraints.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your home office essentials safely.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Shipping Address Modification: Because we aim to fulfill orders quickly, we cannot change shipping details after 12:00 PM PHT each day.
  • Order Cancellation: *
    • Before Shipment: A full refund will be issued, minus any Payment Processing Fees.
    • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. They must follow the Return Process, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
    • Refused Delivery: If you refuse a delivery, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return, email contact@flexispot.ph with your Order Number and the Reason for Return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3-5 days.

General Return Requirements:

  • Condition: All items must be returned in original factory packaging and in “like-new” condition.
  • Restocking Fee: Items not in “like-new” condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Disassembly: All items must be disassembled and repackaged as originally received. Additional fees may apply otherwise.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the products to the provided return address. We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable method.

Tracking & Backorders

  • Tracking Your Order: A shipment notification will be sent via email shortly after your order is placed. You can track your status directly at www.flexispot.ph.
  • Backordered Items: If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available items first. The backordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available via an expedited method at no extra cost to you.
