FlexiSpot Limited Warranty – Philippines

FlexiSpot Height Adjustable Desk Frames

We hereby cover FlexiSpot height-adjustable desks for a period of:

  • Up to 5 Years:
    • Applicable Models: E7 Series, E5 Series, Comhar E8 Series, E1 Series, E2 Series, ESD2, GT2, H1.
    • 5 Years: All metal and mechanical parts and frames.
    • 2 Years: All motors, controllers, switches, and electrical components.
  • 2 Years:
    • Applicable Models: Deskey E150, E135, FQ2.
    • 2 Years: All components, including frames, motors, and electronics.

Desktops

  • 2 Years:
    • Applicable Materials: All Chipboard, Solid Wood Texture, and Solid Wood desktops (including Bamboo, Rubberwood, and other Solid Wood variants).
    • Scope: Covers manufacturing defects, warping, or structural failure under normal use.
  • Exclusions from Warranty:
    • Third-Party Products: Products or accessories manufactured by brands other than FlexiSpot.
    • Normal Wear and Tear: Dents, scratches, stains, tears, and fading that occur over time—including changes in color or finish caused by direct sunlight or natural aging.
    • Natural Characteristics: Natural variations in solid wood and bamboo, such as differences in color, grain, or knots, which are inherent to natural materials.
    • Improper Handling: Damage resulting from improper assembly, disassembly, or unauthorized modification of the product.
    • Misuse and Maintenance: Damage caused by improper cleaning products, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
    • Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters (including but not limited to floods, fires, earthquakes, or hurricanes).
    • Non-Transferability: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

FlexiSpot Sit-Stand Desktop Workstations

  • 3 Years:
    • Applicable Items: M7 Series, H7 Series, MT3.
    • Scope: 3-year warranty covering the frame, MDF desktop, gas spring systems, and all other mechanical parts.

Chairs & Sofa Recliners

  • ErgoChair Series:
    • Applicable Items: ALPHA Series, NEST, C6, C7.
    • 2 Years: Parts warranty+5 Years: Service warranty.
  • PrimaChair, TaskChair, ErgoStool Series:
    • Applicable Items: MU, OMEGA, ELCH, ESSEN, BH4.
    • 1 Year: Full parts and service warranty.
  • Sofa Recliners:
    • Applicable Items: XL6, XR6, X1.
    • 2 Years: Full warranty covering all components.

Walking Pads

  • 2 Years:
    • Applicable Items: WPS02, WPM03, WP01-FD.
    • Scope: Covers manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use.

Desk Bikes

  • 1 Year:
    • Applicable Items: V9, V9-N-A, V6, V10U.
    • Scope: Covers the frame and all electronic components under normal use.

Adjustable Bed Frames

  • Applicable Items: S5Q, S5F.
  • 10 Years: All metal and mechanical frame components.
  • 5 Years: All motors and lifting mechanisms.
  • 2 Years: All electronic components, including adapters, remotes, and control boxes.

Privacy Pods

  • Privacy Pod Enclosure (Full Structure):
    • 2 Years: Complete pod structure coverage for all sizes.
  • Privacy Pod Accessories:
    • 2 Years: EP1F-2 Desktop, P1F Desktop, P2F Desktop, P4F Integrated Workstation, and BS1 Bar Stool.
    • 1 Year: P4F Sofa.
    • (Note: Other accessories not listed above are subject to confirmation at the time of claim).

Monitor Mounts & Accessories

  • Monitor Mounts:
    • 3 Years: Arms, gas spring systems, and mechanisms.
  • General Accessories:
    • 1 Year: All other accessories including cabinets, keyboard trays, CPU holders, cable management, mats, and cushions, etc..

Replacement & Shipping

  • FlexiSpot will provide replacement parts at no charge for items deemed defective due to improper workmanship or material under normal use. Please note that this warranty covers parts only; replacement/installation services are not included.
  • If a replacement is not feasible or cannot be completed in a timely fashion, FlexiSpot may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
  • Shipping Clause: Free shipping for replacement parts is only applicable within the Philippines. For addresses outside the Philippines, international shipping charges and duties will apply.

What Is Not Covered

  1. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
  2. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration, fire, or natural calamities.
  3. Accessories, connected materials, or related products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
  4. Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions and guidelines relating to the product’s intended use.

Important: This warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or if any unauthorized alterations (including removal of any internal components) have been made.

Added Note: Clearance items or products purchased as “Open Box” are sold “as-is” and may have different warranty terms.

How to File a Claim

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at contact@flexispot.ph.
  • Service Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • What You Need to Provide:
  1. Proof of Purchase: Sales receipt, Invoice, or Order Number from authorized FlexiSpot PH stores.
  2. Detailed Description: A brief explanation of the issue you are experiencing.
  3. Visual Evidence: Clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect.
  • Process: Our team will reply within 48 hours to provide troubleshooting steps. If the issue persists, we will guide you through the repair or replacement assessment.

Exclusive Remedy: REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CUSTOMER. FLEXISPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
