This warranty offered by FlexiSpot covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.  Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

  • Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All FlexiSpot height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

All All Deskey height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

  • Standing Desk Converters

All standing desk converters purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, desktop and mechanisms.

  • Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.

  • Office Chairs

All office chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year service and 2-year parts warranty for ErgoChair series and 1-year parts and service warranty for PrimaChair and TaskChair series.

  • Accessories

All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. All other accessories including cushions, mats, cabinets, cable management and others include a 1-year warranty.

  • Tabletops

All tabletops purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty.

SHIPPING

We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order, except Sundays and holidays. After that, estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days, Luzon (Outside Metro Manila) is 3-10 working days and 1-4 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

I am so impressed with my purchase and love it. The desktop is huge and made of really solid strong durable material. The desk is very sturdy, and goes up and down smoothly. I highly recommend!!!

  11. Sturdy, Easy installation, Smooth mechanical transition, and spacious! I love it! I was nervous because it was so much lower in price and I knew part of that was not being automated, but I was concerned the hand crank would be hard and it wouldn’t transform easily, but it does. It was easy to set up, I love the amount of room and it’s very sturdy for me.

  20. Affordable, easy to set up, and payment plans! I LOVE this crank standing desk. More affordable with the non-electric version which hopefully means I’ll avoid any breakdowns of electrical components. It’s silent when I’m raising or lowering it, it is sturdy and yet I was able to assemble and place it in the room myself without help. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

    For the price worth it sya! Wala akong maisip na cons except siguro sana may spare parts na konti kagaya ng screw or how to maintain yung nagpapataas. Other than that, the instructions are clear cut. It’s easy to follow and build. I suggest seek help from your Dad/Kuya/Tito. The delivery was fast!

  27. Great desk!
    I’ve had this desk for about 9 months now. It’s great! I love being able to switch from standing to sitting. The cranking isn’t as convenient as the motorized one, but it takes less than 20 seconds to change from fully sitting to fully standing for me. For reference, I’m about 5’3″, and I also have an under-desk treadmill. The desk rises high enough to use the treadmill comfortably. It’s solidly built. I have no issues with it! So glad I have this desk!

  29. LOVE this standing desk!! I did not want a motorized desk for fear of it burning out. The desk base is VERY sturdy and the desk top is thick and can take weight. Was easy to put together (but you may want an extra hand). I also like the fact that the base can expand so if I want a larger desk all I have to do is purchase a larger top and not have to worry about buying a whole new desk. Would recommend to anyone and purchase again!

    Dati ko lang itong pangarap, para sana mahing healthy rin ang lifestyle ko kahit Work from home. Na align rin ang posture ko, naka tulong sa carpal tunnel ko, since relax ang kamay ko at adjustable ito. Even no electricity, pde ma adjust ang table height. Kaya sulit pera ko, kc quality tlg. Yung packaging, wala kang pangamba, secured! Delivery truck nagdeliver sakin. Salamat flexispot.

    Appearance: no scuffs and and no dents. Very sleek.
    Quality: heavy duty and not wobbly.

    Easy to assemble. If you’re buying this, you need to fit the h1 frame the flexispot w1 caster wheels. Your spine and back muscles will thank you for that. Also, after sales service is really great. Kudos!

  55. Medyo mahirap siya assemble but ang pinaka mahirap dito is yung ikaw gagawa ng sariling butas sa ibang parts for the table. But once built, maganda mismo yung table, halatang quality.

    Chose the manual one since exercise na din sakin igalaw table at tipid sa kuryente.
