With three programmable presets, you can easily save your favorite seated, standing, and underdesk cycling heights. Plus, you can see your exact desk height on the energy-efficient LED display, which automatically enters sleep mode to reduce power usage when the desk is stationary. You can also setup convenient activity alerts to remind you to sit or stand at regular intervals, or turn the alerts off completely when necessary.

This warranty offered by FlexiSpot covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.  Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

  • Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All FlexiSpot height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

All All Deskey height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

  • Standing Desk Converters

All standing desk converters purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, desktop and mechanisms.

  • Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.

  • Office Chairs

All office chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year service and 2-year parts warranty for ErgoChair series and 1-year parts and service warranty for PrimaChair and TaskChair series.

  • Accessories

All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. All other accessories including cushions, mats, cabinets, cable management and others include a 1-year warranty.

  • Tabletops

All tabletops purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty.

SHIPPING

We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order, except Sundays and holidays. After that, estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days, Luzon (Outside Metro Manila) is 3-10 working days and 1-4 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

  3. Ordered the table frame only. I ordered the table top from another supplier because I need a bigger table top (120×70). This table frame can handle bigger table tops. Table frame is sturdy and stable. Automatic height adjustment very easy to do. I no longer slouch when working bec of this.

  4. Power
    – Up and down motion is fast and quiet. Just a problem encountered when holding down the up and down buttons sometimes it reverts the direction if you are holding the Up button, it will go up a little then go back down and happens on memory presets as well. Though I was able to resolve the issue by having the controller box leveled horizontally.

    Durability and Stability
    – Very sturdy and I was not expecting it to be that heavy, it weighs heavier than a sack of rice I even saw the delivery guy having difficulty carrying the box. The quality of the metal is very good that’s and also the paint seems thick it does not come off easily.
    The frame is very stable because it’s heavy it does not tip off easily even when you adjust it at a standing position.

    Assembly
    As long as you follow the instructions you should be able to assemble it in minutes. Comes with screws and a tool.

  16. Well built product! Was able to carry my PC whenever I switch to standing mode. Had trouble screwing in some of the parts as there were no holes but had no problem in screwing in the main parts like the main stand and the handset. All in all a very good standing table!

  22. It took around an hour or so to assemble this. It is really heavy too. Once it was done, we were impressed with its height-adjusting capabilities. I also attached the cable management tray underneath it and the arm mount on its left, same brand both. No problems so far. I’ll see how this goes moving forward. Very happy with this purchase. Wanted one for a long time.

  23. Beautiful and made with premium materials talaga! It’s super heavy and hard to assemble on your own kung maliit ka, pero doable if sanay ka magbuhat ng groceries ? Sobrang handy. Hindi na sumasakit back and bottom ko. Super laki rin ng space between my monitors and my keyboard. Overall great buy ❤️

  34. Ordered white + oak combination with 1800mm x 800mm tabletop. I’m pretty impressed with the build quality. The assembly guide was well written as it made the setup a lot easier. One thing to note is that their customer service is very accommodating and responsive.

    Mine got delivered in a day considering that I’m outside Metro Manila. It may have been luck, but cutting 6-7days provincial eta to one, is still a big plus.

  55. The packages arrived rather quickly, about two days after ordering them. Packaging is okay. There was a little bit of damage to one of the boxes, but everything seems to have no damage. I’ve yet to test it out since my tabletop has yet to arrive.

  61. The only thing I noticed is that there are no holes ready in the middle of the tabletop to connect to the steel parts below it. It was only shown in the manual that you will need a drill for it. Other than that the materials are high quality. Hoping this will last.
