FlexiSpot Warranty

This warranty offered by FlexiSpot covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.  Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

  • Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All FlexiSpot height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

All All Deskey height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

  • Standing Desk Converters

All standing desk converters purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, desktop and mechanisms.

  • Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.

  • Office Chairs

All office chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year service and 2-year parts warranty for ErgoChair series and 1-year parts and service warranty for PrimaChair and TaskChair series.

  • Accessories

All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. All other accessories including cushions, mats, cabinets, cable management and others include a 1-year warranty.

  • Tabletops

All tabletops purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty.

SHIPPING

We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order, except Sundays and holidays. After that, estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days, Luzon (Outside Metro Manila) is 3-10 working days and 1-4 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary.   2. The main tray is made of metal which has 4 rubber grommets for the laptop. and 2 side brackets.
    It is compatible with vesa mounts. I’m using a north bayou f180.
    Overall, the item is a sturdy and well made.

  4. The black metal is very solid and sturdy.
    Very quick delivery and arrived at the earliest speculated time.
    Installation guide and Vesa 75 screws are provided making it a very simple process.
    Comfortably holds my 17″ Asus ROG Strix.

  7. Bought the table and frame separately. The desk is sturdy and looks premium, a bit heavy but it is easy to assemble.

    The laptop mount tray is also sturdy and can hold my 15″ laptop, I can even mount my DIY cooling fan. ?

    Overall, I really love it! No more back problems and cluttered desk. I can now stream/work while standing up. ? I will certainly buy again next time and refer this to my friends and colleagues.

  16. item was delivered well-packaged and with no dents on the box. there was also a sticker indicating that the item is fragile. The mount tray is solid. i liked that it has a lot of vent grills for the laptop to have adequate intake of air. Snugly fits my 15.6 laptop.

  26. Complete parts, easy to assemble, complete with warranty card though no item serial # or product # for warranty registration. At least the thread in bolts fit, and item was packed well with “FRAGILE” label, so thanks.

    This may not be the cheapest laptop mount tray you will see in shopee but looking at it, it’s much more worth the price. Well packaged, fast delivery. Heavy duty and sturdy and it will definitely hold your laptop and secure it. Have not setup it still waiting for the laptop stand to go with it but this is worth it. Recommended seller and product for the laptop tray. Don’t settle for the cheapest price but go for the security and quality first.

  45. Value For Money: It might be not cheap but the maximum width it can fit is more than the north bayou laptop holder.
    Product Quality: The base is sturdy.
    Best Feature: It can hold notebook computer cooler which is IETS GT300 the first version It could be hard to rotate the base to make it leveled I use the screw included from north bayou f195 since the provided screw isn’t fit n secure in my case but still when you are trying to rotate it may loose on the slot since it is not closed like the vesa mount which you can place the screw loose first then tighten the bottom screw. The notebook cooler may fit in my case but the plastic side holder is flexing to hold the thickness of my laptop cooler which is not where it is designed for. This is my second purchase the desk im using is Flexispot deskey e150. I think flexispot courier is flash and it arrived early than ETA.
