What is Covered?

The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All FlexiSpot height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

All All Deskey height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

Standing Desk Converters

All standing desk converters purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, desktop and mechanisms.

Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.

Office Chairs

All office chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year service and 2-year parts warranty for ErgoChair series and 1-year parts and service warranty for PrimaChair and TaskChair series.

Accessories

All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. All other accessories including cushions, mats, cabinets, cable management and others include a 1-year warranty.

Tabletops

All tabletops purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty.

SHIPPING

We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order, except Sundays and holidays. After that, estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days, Luzon (Outside Metro Manila) is 3-10 working days and 1-4 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary. Delivered in just 2 days (location: QC). It was very well packaged. It was a bit difficult to assemble since I was alone and the backrest and the actual seat were a bit heavy, but once you screwed the main parts, it will be fine. The wheels are smoooooth and the chair is quite wide, perfect for those with larger built. The armrest is easy to adjust (adjustable height only) with the knobs on both sides. The delivery guy was so polite and humble huhu thank you! I highly recommend this chair for those who don’t want to spend a crazy amount for a work chair. It’s so comfy!

Larger than expected but the seat is soft, and the back rest is comfortable. The arm rests are a bit hard on my elbows since there is no padding. You may want to buy a separate cushion for the arm rests.
