This warranty offered by FlexiSpot covers defects in material or workmanship in new FlexiSpot products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.  Only consumers purchasing FlexiSpot products from authorized FlexiSpot retailers or resellers may benefit from our limited warranty.

What is Covered?

The FlexiSpot limited warranty covers our products against defects in material or workmanship as follows:

  • Height Adjustable Desk Frames

All FlexiSpot height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

All All Deskey height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.

  • Standing Desk Converters

All standing desk converters purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, desktop and mechanisms.

  • Desk Bikes

All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.

  • Office Chairs

All office chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year service and 2-year parts warranty for ErgoChair series and 1-year parts and service warranty for PrimaChair and TaskChair series.

  • Accessories

All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. All other accessories including cushions, mats, cabinets, cable management and others include a 1-year warranty.

  • Tabletops

All tabletops purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty.

SHIPPING

We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order, except Sundays and holidays. After that, estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days, Luzon (Outside Metro Manila) is 3-10 working days and 1-4 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

    Super nice! The product is perfectly secure when it arrived: it’s in a box and already assembled (as against other mobile drawers that you will assemble). No dents, no paint damage nor scratches. The drawers only open one at a time. The key is attached in the 1st drawer. The wheels are noisy but it’s fine because you’ll only move them when needed.

    I initialy contacted Flexispot through Facebook asking when they would restock the 3 drawer variant as it was out of stock at the time. They were quick to reply back and give an estimate when they expect to receive stock. Gave my thanks and waited but imagine my surprise when they reached out again to inform me that its back in stock which I really appreciated. Seller definitely has great customer service. The mobile pedestal itself was already assembled which is one of the reasons why I purchased this than the other ones I was looking at. Packaging was very superb, it was so protected that I had a bit of trouble removing the bubble wrap wrapped around the bag. It has a pretty good amount of space to store whatever you’d like to. Pretty satisfied with product as well as the customer experience so will definitely order agin in the future!

    Delivered via van and was packaged really well. They used high density foam instead of the usual styrofoam and useless bubble wrap so it arrived with no dents or scratches — almost fully assembled, you just have to install the wheels.

    Quality of the item is superb. I had to put it upside down in order to install the wheels and it didn’t get dented. Drawers are spacious and the slides are smooth.
