All FlexiSpot height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year warranty for the frame, and a 2-year warranty for the motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.
All All Deskey height – adjustable desks purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty for the frame, motor, controller and switch, electronics and other mechanisms.
- Standing Desk Converters
All standing desk converters purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the frame, desktop and mechanisms.
- Desk Bikes
All desk bikes purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 1-year warranty for the frame, and a 1-year warranty for the electronics.
- Office Chairs
All office chairs purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 5-year service and 2-year parts warranty for ErgoChair series and 1-year parts and service warranty for PrimaChair and TaskChair series.
- Accessories
All monitor mounts purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 3-year warranty for the arms, gas spring system and mechanisms. All other accessories including cushions, mats, cabinets, cable management and others include a 1-year warranty.
- Tabletops
All tabletops purchased on or after October 5, 2016 include a 2-year warranty.
SHIPPING
We ship throughout Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The processing time for orders is the same day as you order, except Sundays and holidays. After that, estimated delivery time within Metro Manila is 1-3 working days, Luzon (Outside Metro Manila) is 3-10 working days and 1-4 weeks for Visayas and Mindanao. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather and other scenarios that we unfortunately have no control over, this time may vary. Maganda siya. Solid, stable, malinis. Challenging lang ang assembly. Hindi straightforward kahit pa may manual. Mas ok kung may kasama ka. You will need help. Smooth din ang taas baba. Sobrang sensitive ng collision sensor so inoff ko na lang. (Long press both and buttons) Highly recommended!

Suitability:easy to assemble, it’s recommended to build this with a companion but I was able to do it by myself within 2hours.
Appearance:solid metal frame.
Quality:this is a single motor table frame but it can reliably lift the heavy table top up and down without any issuesAwesome delivery speed. Already got it on the 2nd day!
